Ingredients

1 pkg. Chicken ramen noodles
5 to 6 c. Shredded broccoli slaw (2 medium broccoli tops)
Red pepper (Optional)
2 tbsp. Sesame seeds
1/2 c. Slivered almonds (browned)
flavor pkg. From noodles
3 tsp. Vinegar (white or balsalmic)
2 tsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Oil
1/2 tsp. Pepper

(... sometimes added
1/4 c. Green onions
1/2 c. Slivered almonds browned )


Preparation

Crush noodles. Mix all salad ingredients (noodles, slaw, onions and sesame
seeds)


Combine dressing ingredients (flavor pkg, vinegar, sugar, oil, & pepper). Mix
well and pour over salad. Stir until evenly coated. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Add
almonds before serving.

Kellee heats the vinegar, oil, sugar and ramen noddle flavor
so it pours easily over the noodles and slaw.
She crushes the dry noodles
in a ziploc bag and then mixes it in with the slaw
before adding the warmed dressing.
The noodles are not cooked.
